Barren River Lake has undergone many changes over the years. Fortunately for us, the Crappie limit has changed to 10" and the daily limit lowered to 20 fish per person. This has had a very positive impact on both population and average fish size. This lake is home to some of the best Hybrid fishing in the state, and I can personally guarantee you that the fish are a light tackle chore.
